I bought a Toyota Camry 2012 last week. After I bought the car, I realized that it came with only one key with no spare keys. When I contacted Basil staff they told me that the car was supplied with only the car, I realized that it came with only one key with no spare keys. When I contacted Basil staff they told me that the car was supplied with only one key since it was bought at an auction! I was upset about this. However I contacted Mr Shannon, General manager with Basil. He was extremely cooperative and promised to give me a spare key. I am very pleased with the Basil staff. Great going guys!! vivin More

Although he spent the time with us to get us where we wanted to be, we never felt pressured. I was just looking last week at West Herr for a used truck and I walked out because they were too pressuring. Place... Like home. Very relaxing atmosphere. Clean, well organized and comfortable. While waiting for our car during scheduled maintenance we sat in a homey waiting room. The staff offered us hot beverages including our salesman Jordan who remembered us and spent a few minutes with us making sure we were in a good place with our vehicle. The waiting room had a fireplace, TV, free wi-fi, magazines, computer use and comfy seating. Awesome! Service... We stopped unscheduled on a Saturday afternoon and expected a long wait. Nope! We drove into the reception, out of the weather and waited a short while for the maintenance to be done. The staff was very polite and answered any questions we had. Overall this was an awesome experience! I recommend everyone checking out this dealership when looking for a vehicle. Ask for Jordan as he is an awesome salesman. More

I had scheduled a regular service visit and forgot my appointment time. I called the service department and was able to bring my vehicle in within the hour and get the services I needed.
