I currently had owned a 2010 Venza but wanted to upgrade to a 2013 Venza with leather seats and AWD. I knew that what I was asking for, with the colors I wanted, was difficult to find. They actually sent someone to MA to get what I had my heart set on and it took less than a week for me to be able to pick up my new Venza! Problem has been solved very professionally by the Used Car Manager, Arron Wosniak. He was not aware of the situation. I recieved my TV for buying the car. I purchased a used car from salesman Rich Vickey who was excellent. One of the best sales people that I have ever dealt with. Price, again excellent. However, do NOT get scammed like I did by purchasing a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty from one of their slick lying up-sellers. I went in because I discovered one of my door panels had cracked under the material. I was told it will not be covered because "it is known in the industry that bumper to bumper doesn’t mean bumper to bumper”. I knew things like brakes, belts and wearing parts were not covered but I had a defect from the factory. Not being "in the industry", I guess I should have known that "bumper to bumper" doesn't mean "bumper to bumper". They mislead their customers to make a fast buck selling these extended warranties knowing that there is no fighting them. The jerk that sold me the warranty made a nice commission by assuring me (and I quote) "that “bumper to bumper means everything but wearing parts”. I got screwed out of $1,200.00. BEWARE OF THE UP-SELL ! ! DO NOT GET TAKEN LIKE I DID. More

I bought the new car from Basil one day later, based on the honesty more than anything else, the overall value and the fact that almost all negotiating was done over the phone rather than through an in-person haggling session. George was able to commit to a great price over the phone (as was I), rather than "having to talk with my manager first". I never saw George until I went there with a check for the agreed-upon amount. very positive and easy experience. More

Found the certified used vehicle from Toyota USA website. Talked to sales person (George Wallrich) regarding certification, price etc along with informing him that I will be registering the car in Canada. Rented a car from Toronto to Lockport to buy the used car and travelled with kids and family to dealer. When deal was in progress, they told me that there was some misunderstanding regarding the certification. Actually certification will not be available in Canada (Surprise!!) They should have told me that in first place itself when I informed that I live in Canada and will register the car in Canada. Since I put effort, time and money to go to Lockport and buy the car, I decided to go ahead with deal. After returning back to Canada, I learned from Toyota USA that the cerification is valid in Canada. Called the dealer (George Wallrich) and provide all the information. He told that he will call me back to me with the answer. No calls for 1-2 days. Again called him to find out that the matter is being looked by Tim. Next day when called and talked to Tim, he said he will look into it (certification) and get back. Same day got a call from GM (Shannen Wilsman) that they don't want to sell the car!!!! I am not sure whether car was actually certified. More
