The person I initially was in contact with about a truck by email just suddenly stopped responding to my emails. I was apparently turned over to someone named Mark who contacted me and was cordial at first by email just suddenly stopped responding to my emails. I was apparently turned over to someone named Mark who contacted me and was cordial at first but then became rude at times and condescending at other times as I sometimes asked repeat questions about something I had forgotten or did not know. When someone is purchasing a $40,000 truck by distance you should not be treated that way no matter how many questions you have. When I received the truck, for a 3 year old certified vehicle there seemed to be a lot of things wrong, including undercoating specks all over the running boards, a small dent in the tailgate, and a cracked grill. The tires were new but the wheels have a lot of rust for 3 years old and I feel should have been replaced . The engine was also dirty despite me specifically asking Mark to ask someone to clean it before delivering the truck. The only real helpful person was a manager named Ryan. He was very polite and respectful and tried to help. He even helped financially with paying for some of the things wrong with the truck, although not all of the items that I think should have been taken care of for the price of the truck. If you go to this dealership I would suggest you ask for him to be involved in your deal. More

Unnecessary charges, very poor communication between service advisors and what is said to customer. Will NEVER bring any Toyota's there for service again. service advisors and what is said to customer. Will NEVER bring any Toyota's there for service again. More
They Had a good selection of used Highlander’s and 4Runners. I feel my trade in was a fair deal and from the financing aspect, they established a lower payment than what I was expecting. Friendly and 4Runners. I feel my trade in was a fair deal and from the financing aspect, they established a lower payment than what I was expecting. Friendly and great service!! More
If I could get away with giving them, zero stars, I would. Saturday afternoon, I traded in a 2023 frontier pro-4X to this dealership, and while the deal looked ok in my eyes, they accommodated me, and would. Saturday afternoon, I traded in a 2023 frontier pro-4X to this dealership, and while the deal looked ok in my eyes, they accommodated me, and they switched over my almost brand new tires on to the 2023 used certified with 1000 miles Toyota 4 runner. 40th that I bought. Upon leaving the dealer at their closing time at 5 o’clock, I got out on the transit Road, and got the vehicle up to 40 miles an hour, and the steering wheel was shaking like crazy. I said well, they didn’t balance the tires, right, I’ll bring it back to them on Monday and I’m sure they’ll fix that. This is partially my fault, because when I originally test drove the vehicle, it had a lot of lot dirt and dust on it from rain storms, etc., so I looked at it briefly, and I said well I don’t see any major issues with the paint, so I should be OK. Being this was an all day deal, when they pulled the truck out, it was cloudy outside, and I just got in the vehicle and drove home. I noticed later on that evening as I was wiping off the hood that there were two swirly scratches, one on the driver side, one on the passenger side, and unfortunately, the one on the passenger side looks like it has a dent in it as well. I did not see these things before I drove this vehicle home. My route home is a country road that doesn’t go over or under anything, and these scratches look like they would be from a transportation company from chains hanging down. I’ve bought enough cars in the last three years to know what transporter damage looks like. So today I bring the vehicle there, talk to my salesman. His name is Cole, and to the sales manager they took care of the deal, his name is Ryan. They pulled my vehicle around back to balance the tires, I saw that they took it for a test drive, and they probably verified what I thought. And then I went in and I asked Cole and Ryan, what are they gonna do about the scratches. To which they both said to me, there’s nothing we can do, the scratches weren’t there when you bought the car. That sounds to me like it’s insinuating that I purposely put them there and I want them to fix it. if, I were the person that scratch the car do you honestly think I would bring it back to the dealer and say hey fix this xxxx up that I did? No I would just go pay somebody to fix it and that would be the end of it so now that’s what I’m going to do, even with the wheels that they xxxxed up I’m going to pay somebody to balance those wheels, I’m going to pay somebody to fix the hood I cannot, and I will not ever recommend this dealership, as a place to buy a car, or to have honest people. Which is really a shame because I bought my last Toyota, a long time ago from this dealership in 2005, and I couldn’t say enough good about the staff at worked there at that time. You see, I’m the kind of person that buys a lot of cars. And I have high expectations when I do buy a car. It is my fault that I did not thoroughly check over this vehicle, before taking delivery of it, or else had I seen the scratches I would’ve negotiated the price down farther or maybe not even bought it at all. But the steel to me now is sour, and this will also be going up on dealer reviews. I believe there’s also a link from a QR code that I can scan and put yet another review of this very very very in my eyes, poorly rated dealership. More
