From the service writer, Greg Perz to the quality of work done, to the completion of work much earlier than promised to the condition of my car upon return it was professionalism through the entire process. Very happy with my service experience at Basney BMW. I have now used their Sales dept, their body shop, their Service dept and their parts dept in less than a year and each dept has come through with exactly the type of quality and professionalism you would expect from a BMW dealer. I highly recommend Basney for all your needs. First class all the way. More

Normal service interval and investigate a problem. Ok, pay attention to this. I did not buy my BMW from Basney...but they treat me like I did. That is huge. That creates brand loyalty. The opportunity was right and I picked it up on impulse. The way I get treated at Basney is how I want to be treated for every vehicle I own. On paper, there are many good reason why I should not buy a BMW or from Basney. 1. They are out of state. 2. BMW is a luxury brand so taxes and insurance are higher. 3. BMW is not made in the USA. 4. Foreign cars are more expensive to repair. 5. All of the other stuff that people say.... All of that gets wiped away and forgotten because of the service department. You can’t put a price tag on how you feel and the confidence you have in people's integrity and a business's ethics. More
