They saved the day! We live out of state and had our BMW towed in after a problem on the road. They quickly analyzed the problem, corrected it, and took care of other ser We live out of state and had our BMW towed in after a problem on the road. They quickly analyzed the problem, corrected it, and took care of other service needed before the warranty expired. They were very welcoming and sensitive to our dilemma. The work was completed while we waited. We expects to have to leave the car at least overnight. I would give this dealership a grade of A+. More

Great dealership experience Basney has the least expensive full synthetic oil change, plus does a comprehensive vehicle check, vacuum, and wash. My appointment on Monday was for 7:30am, I received a phone call at 11am saying that my car was good to go, they had applied the coupon I had left in the after hours envelope. No hassles, very friendly. This was my second time getting my car serviced here, and I will continue to do so. More
