If I could give zero stars, I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! My lease was up on my 2017 CX-5 Mazda (love the car, previously had a 2015 CX-5) so I leased a 2020 CX-5. I was told by sales guy, Andrew Hall, that I would NOT owe on my over mileages , verbatim asked him twice and he said no, I do not owe anything on the car. Looked over my paperwork, and there is NO charge anywhere saying I would owe on over mirages. Come to find out, he DID charge me. I just moved to this area, I would have been better off driving an hour to the original Mazda Dealership I went to for my other 2 CX-5's, as they have waived the over mileages in the past for staying with Mazda (and stuck to their word). ON TOP OF THAT, I have called and left several messages and emails to Andrew, I received ONE call back (via voicemail) saying he does not remember, it was so long ago and there was nothing he could do. Has not responded to any emails or any messages I have left after that. I also called to speak to a manager and they REFUSED to let me speak to one. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE dealership. GO TO A DIFFERENT MAZDA DEALERSHIP unless you want to be out of thousands of dollars.
