This dealership has no clue on how to schedule work. It took 2 months to get warranty work completed. I like the customer service, JJ and Josh was great, when purchasing a car. I haven't had a chance to enjoy my vehicle. I'm tired of making trips down there. They rushed fixing my brakes and air still leakin purchasing a car. I haven't had a chance to enjoy my vehicle. I'm tired of making trips down there. They rushed fixing my brakes and air still leaking out, which is dangerous but still wants me to drive an hour and half. It has a delayed engagement(an dodge technician in town told me that) in transmission. I ask their lead technician was there anything else, he stated no. I told him the problem he said it was normal to do that, cause I'm park on hill. Dodge place in town said no it hasn't,but basswood did tell me to bring it back in. I bought a car in past that was good to me and that's why I came back. I JUST WANT MY xxxx FIXED CORRECTLY, SO I CAN ENJOY MY VEHICLE! More
