DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND MADE SURE I WAS INFORMED OF EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING. THE SERVICE REP WAS KNOWLEGABLE. I purchased a new set of tires on Wednesday morning. That afternoon I went on a 600 mile trip and returned on Thursday afternoon. On the return from the trip I hit something in the road and blew out one of my new tires. The dealership has signage in the waiting area about free road hazard coverage with 100% free replacement if you purchase a new set of tires from them. When I picked up my car after having the blown tire replaced my service adviser proceeded to tell me that the road hazard company was only willing to pay for 60% of the tire. That tire cost me over $180.00 with mounting, balance, nitrogen (which I didn't ask for nor was told about and I am not convinced that is what was put in. Too much pressure change from cold to hot to actually have nitrogen in it.) When Jesse gave me my key when picking it up he told me about the 60% thing and that his manager, Wendall, told him that the dealership would cover the remaining 40%. Don't try to make it sound like you are doing more for me when you didn't. This isn't my first rodeo guys!!!!!! More
