It was horrible. They said they didn't know what was wrong with my car, they had never seen those codes before. They had it for two days and never fixed the problem! I went to five different dealerships and was told "let me be transparent" each time when figuring out a car's price. That translated to "let me try to make you fall in love with a $3000+ package that is bei be transparent" each time when figuring out a car's price. That translated to "let me try to make you fall in love with a $3000+ package that is being tacked onto the 'final' price or convince you to buy a loaner car being sold as a new car". Not at Bates Nissan. Josh didn't even hesitate to lay it out TRANSPARENTLY and I knew what the price would be without him sweet talking or trying to do the typical, sleazy car-guy spiel. Actually it was kinda scary how good he was. Not gonna lie, dude must be a mind-reader 'cause before I could even begin trying to negotiate the interest, Josh was like "I'm gonna try and get you down to a lower level". AND HE DID. Scary good.
