My service visit was far below my expectations.1. Items My service visit was far below my expectations. 1. Items I requested to have checked were not. Even though I was told that they were. 2. There was no checklist provided to me on the "multi-point" inspection. I have no way of knowing what if anything was checked. 3. My air conditioning system is not working as expected. Only got good cool air at high speeds. 4. I communicated my concerns directly to Bates staff and expected a follow-up from the service manager. I doubt I’ll come back. And likely purchase my next Nissan from a different dealer. ‘We treat you like family"? Which relation? In-law? Step child? I’ve experienced some problems with every visit, but this was blatantly dis-regard of costumer value and safety. Sham on you. More

Took a few minutes to get handled. No big deal. Rep was fast and friendly. I came back to get my vehicle and was taken care of fairly quickly. Vehicle runs good so I'm assuming they did a good job. Maybe I'm used to other dealerships as this was my first service from Bates. Normally there's a quick wash and vacuum. There wasn't which in and of itself isn't a big deal but someone was laying all over my door which kinda was. They left body oil all over the side of my vehicle. I took it to the car was after so again not a huge deal but not a great first impression. More
