It's not the kind of service you receive. I took the vehicle for an oil change and I hope the do a good job. my review is base on their program to customer o new vehicle sold. There after if the customer decide to purchase any service program then you can offer it but not before. More

I am completely dishearten, frustrated, and alarmed with owning a new 2020 Nissan Rogue purchased at BATES NISSAN after a dangerous situation with my Rogue happen this week. After finding out that the Servi owning a new 2020 Nissan Rogue purchased at BATES NISSAN after a dangerous situation with my Rogue happen this week. After finding out that the Service Center could not find anything wrong with my Rogue with less than 450 miles on it I am left to drive a dangerous SUV which could cause a serious accident. I was told to drive the Rogue and if this dangerous situation happens again let them know. What about my life and what could happen if this new Rogue starts again bucking uncontrollably with the engine loudly roars when I am in traffic. No one seems to care at this dealership about the welfare of their customers and/or taking responsibility for their vehicles! More
Thanks to Nate and Bates service department. They fixed my issue with the radio volume knob with an update. Very pleased.
