This was the worst experience i ever had with Nissan. Nissan has always been good to me quick and excellent customer service. Everytime i would get Tyler and hes great at what he does. My previous visit was terrible my service guy was mike i felt like he was giving me incorrect pricing also not doing research for previous procedures that were done before. I left my car a day before at pm and my car was finished 4pm the next day i received a phone call 11am with the issue mainly being caused by the battery. I kept calling to see if my car was ready and was constantly getting the run around.im disappointed with the terrible experience i received. The best part was the free vacuum which was great. More
Michael Rask in service went above and beyond in handling my vehicle situation. He kept communicating with me which is comforting when your vehicle is in the shop. Very professional and friendly. I went in for one key it took over 7 hours when it should have taken 20 min tops they tried to hold my car overnight however I was not leaving without my car I needed to go to work and looking at my gas afte have taken 20 min tops they tried to hold my car overnight however I was not leaving without my car I needed to go to work and looking at my gas afterwords they used more than they should have to program one car key and when I called for an update I was told Tyler was on lunch break he would call in a few min more hours went by so I just showed up and he was not on lunch break More

The oil change took too long. It was 1 hr 20 minutes for a simple oil change. I’m trying to rebuild my trust with this company after my last couple of experiences. On this oil change I was told my brakes we a simple oil change. I’m trying to rebuild my trust with this company after my last couple of experiences. On this oil change I was told my brakes were great but last oil change I was told it needed to changed and the brake pad change was $300 for a brake pad change. More

I have personally purchased eight (8) vehicles from Bates Nissan since the early 1990's and would never EVER choose a different dealer.
