I bought 2 items. Both items were different compared to what I was told on the phone when I ordered them. The first item was a hitch receiver which I was told would include the ball as well; which it did n what I was told on the phone when I ordered them. However, that doesn't bother me as much because it isn't a defect on the item, it just included one less thing then I was told. However, the second item is what my wife and I had the bigger issue with. The second item were floor mats. We were told on the phone on 2 different occasions that the rear mats would cover the entire floor board. However, once we got the item it didn't cover the middle floorboard nor did it cover under the seat; which is relivent when the rear seat is in the up position. This is something that I plan to contact the parts office about in the morning regarding the request of a refund on the mats. Something that also confused me that I have had other dealerships offer in the past is that I would've had to pay for installation on an item (hitch receiver) for which I told the sales person I was going to buy (told during the moment of the sale) from them in less than a week. The reason I couldn't buy that exact moment was due to scheduling conflicts and indication that it wouldn't be an issue. Not everything was poor. Everyone we talked to were very nice and helpful, even if we didn't get what we were origionally described in the end. More
