Very impressed with Tone and the Battison Honda service dept We bought our 2007 Honday Odyssey at this dealership when thery were Steve Baily Honda. Almost 10 years and 120,000 miles later we had to take it in We bought our 2007 Honday Odyssey at this dealership when thery were Steve Baily Honda. Almost 10 years and 120,000 miles later we had to take it in a few weeks ago for some pretty major surgery. Tone in the service section made this a wonderful experience. A true customer focused professional. He told us exactly what the mechanic thought the issue was and calculated an estimate. Solved the problem much early than expected and kept the repair parts to show us what the issue was. Tone even applied a couple of coupons that we knew nothing about and save us a little over $150 on what was to have been a $1150 repair (water pump, tensioner, timing belt and serpentine belt. Really pleased. Took care of every problem no muss no fuss. Will probably buy from this dealership again and will definitly utilize the service department for anything of complexity. Tone is THE MAN and the dealership is very luck to have him in their service department, The other guys in the Battison service department are good but Tone is the best! More

Best Day Ever I feel bad for it taking me over a month to write this review but, I went in for Service work and brought my checklist of everything that I was awa I feel bad for it taking me over a month to write this review but, I went in for Service work and brought my checklist of everything that I was aware was wrong with my car. After getting a little overwhelmed trying to put things in order of importance I went outside to get some air. While wandering the lot, a Sales Manager by the name of JR approached me and asked me how my day was going. After unloading all my frustrations on him he asked if I wanted to take a drive to clear my head. At first I declined because I didn't want to drive something and then hate my car, especially since I didn't think I could afford it. Boy am I glad I did. So JR got my phone all hooked up to the Bluetooth stereo, we hoped in and away we went. It was the most amazing drive of my life. The car was so smooth, the music was crisp and clear. I was singing at the top of my lungs in front of a perfect stranger and I didn't care. When we got back to the dealership I felt a little silly and went back to being the quiet person I know myself to be. We sat down and talked a little bit about pricing and financing and all of the options I had at my disposal. Who knew buying a car wasn't near as intimidating as it looks!? Should I spend thousands of dollars fixing something that is beyond broken, or should I do something for myself? Well I am here today telling you I did something for myself and I do not regret it one bit!! I was able to get my payments down to not much more than a cell phone bill. BEST DECISION EVER.
