Dear April, we are very sorry that we couldn't get you approved. State of Oklahoma motor vehicle commission enforces the spot delivery law not us. We're not a bank, we only assist you with getting financing for your vehicle. Bank decides if you'll get approved or not. They make their decision based on your credit performance. We would love to sell you this vehicle. If you can secure your own financing we even willing to reduce our price to help you get approved. Let us know if you'd like for us to fax a bill of sale to your bank. We will also issue a full refund of what you spent on insurance. Dear Henry, I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction. We strive to provide the best service possible to all of our clients. Fluids need to be changed from time to time to keep the vehicle safe and dependable. As you stated, last time you changed your fluids was just under 40,000 ago at the dealership in Texas. It is very common that fluids need to be changed after driving that many miles. We have several coupons posted on our website. American Honda sends coupons as well.
