I recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic and could not be any happier with the decision. Derek was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He made sure I got what I wanted in a car and really just went above and beyond to accommodate me. I simply walked in on a Thursday and told him what I wanted and test drove the car. Two days later, I came back and purchased the car. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. I also met with Anthony J. and Donnie G - also friendly and great to work with. The worst EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I have to say that it was very disappointing to work with Dustin. He had Three months to have my car ready and when I went to pick it up he ask to co I have to say that it was very disappointing to work with Dustin. He had Three months to have my car ready and when I went to pick it up he ask to come the next day. Called the next day and again not ready and needed two more days. It was just very sad. Then when I finally got my car and finished the paperwork the Finance department forgot to endorse the check. Because of all the delays I ended up having to pay for my taxes in Texas which double what I had to pay in Oklahoma. I had a great price and great experience until I went to pick up my car. I ordered my car while I was serving overseas and come home to find out that my car was not ready. All I received for all the trouble was car tent on the front windows which I have to remove because it is illegal in Texas. More
