We believe it's only in making sure everyone is satisfied, that we can build long term relationships with our guests. Obviously you did not have that experience, and for that you have my deepest apologies, unfortunately trade in vehicles do not have a set price, We start all trade figures off at wholesale prices (auction price) but due to "cost of business" sometimes like in your case we have to give more, towards the end of the month or end of the year to earn your business, we are likely to give you more then the trade is truly worth during this situation, as of being told "you must buy warranties" is NOT company policy and is something I thank you for bringing to my attention and will be addressed.
