Good work, friendly. Clayton, Brendan, and the usual suspects in Service did their routinely excellent job. If it weren't for them and always excellent customer service and relations, I wouldn't bring my vehicle in all the ti their routinely excellent job. I have been so pleased with Battlefield Ford since moving to Culpeper a couple years ago. I own two F-150s and and an Explorer and have them all serviced at Battlefield. I bought my 2020 F 150 there and it to Culpeper a couple years ago. I own two F-150s and and an Explorer and have them all serviced at Battlefield. I bought my 2020 F 150 there and it was a very pleasant experience. The people in the Service Department are always very friendly and helpful. Much better experience than I used to have at my last local dealer. More

Had sort of an emergency, where something was obstructing/unbalancing the blower fan. I stopped into service unannounced and presented my problem. They asked me if I had some time, I said yes and obstructing/unbalancing the blower fan. I stopped into service unannounced and presented my problem. They asked me if I had some time, I said yes and they pulled it in. In a little while the service rep presented me with the cause of the problem. A mouse had chewed through the filter and set up housekeeping in the compartment. Lots of stuff, adult, and baby mice. Service replaced the filter, disinfected and freshened the system. This is the second visit to Battlefield's service since purchasing my car. They've been great and efficient every time. More
