My visit was to get my new vehicle inspected in Virginia. I chose Battlefield Ford because it has shown me high quality workmanship on any of our vehicles (not always a Ford) since moving to Culpeper in 2006 I chose Battlefield Ford because it has shown me high quality workmanship on any of our vehicles (not always a Ford) since moving to Culpeper in 2006. My service was excellent however I don’t like being hustled by service for unnecessary work. They stated my spark plugs will soon need to be replaced at a cost of 250.00 however my spark plugs were jus hustled by service for unnecessary work. They stated my spark plugs will soon need to be replaced at a cost of 250.00 however my spark plugs were just replaced less than 20k miles ago. They aren’t due for changing anytime soon since I only travel 30 miles or less a week. More

Complex service issue resolved! The continuing efforts of the Battlefield Ford service department ultimately resolved a problem with the air conditioning in our 2007 Ford F-150 truck The continuing efforts of the Battlefield Ford service department ultimately resolved a problem with the air conditioning in our 2007 Ford F-150 truck. It took quite awhile and numerous tests to solve the issue, but I have high praise for the care given to us by the service agent and manager involved throughout the process. I highly recommend these individuals, in particular, and Battlefield Ford, in general, to make the extra effort to satisfy their customers' needs. Battlefield For To The Rescue On Saturday 08/01/20 I had left a local business and got in my vehicle and pushed the start button, only got a clicking sound. I knew my battery was On Saturday 08/01/20 I had left a local business and got in my vehicle and pushed the start button, only got a clicking sound. I knew my battery was dead, but had no warning there was a problem. I called Battlefield and spoke with Brandon about the problem. In a short time Clayton arrived and jump started my vehicle. I drove directly to Battlefield Ford _Culpeper and in a short amount of time I had a new battery installed and was on my way. My experience with this dealership has been outstanding over the past 3+ years. They clearly understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. Thank you again Clayton & Brandon. More
