From the moment I called and was connected to the service department (Logan) was super helpful! He didn't make fun of my ridiculous descriptive explanation of what I thought was going on with my vehicle inst department (Logan) was super helpful! He didn't make fun of my ridiculous descriptive explanation of what I thought was going on with my vehicle instead he completley knew exactly what I was talking about! Logan was very forthcoming about the details and costs associated with fixing my vehicle and provided me a few options to make it work out. I also appreciate the technicians who did the physical labor as well! They are unsung heroes behind the scene of the service desk itself. Even when I walked in to pick up my vehicle, lQQking like a piece of burnt toast from coming off the lake and my 1st fishing experience. Logan was delightful and told me a short personal story about teaching his son to fish recently too. So, yeah... Other than me not wanting to drop 1K on fixing my vehicle... Which certainly is no reflection on your dealership, I had a fabulous experience from start to finish! Speaking of finishing the cashier that rang me out was also super nice and let me snag a couple of pens and air fresheners for all my vehicles... lol. My mom just bought her car from you guys last year and the car I'm driving was hers So she recommended I bring it up there and I'm glad I did! Take care, stay safe! More

Great People and Great Service I greatly appreciate all the people in the service department. I have all my vehicles serviced and inspected at Battlefield Ford. Everyone I encount I greatly appreciate all the people in the service department. I have all my vehicles serviced and inspected at Battlefield Ford. Everyone I encounter is helpful and courteous. Clayton and Brendon have been especially helpful over the years. I am confident in the quality and necessity of the work done on my vehicles. When something is amiss or a condition is noted that could deteriorate soon, the service department informs me of my options and estimated costs without strong arming me into getting repairs done now. This has not been my experience at other dealers in the past. Thank you very much. Note to the ladies of Battlefield: Thank you for the clean and well appointed restrooms. More
