Very attentive and accommodating. I’ve been shopping around for a 2-3 year old used car for weeks and was becoming discouraged and exhausted. Browsing on The internet I found a car that really grabbed my attention so I picked up the phone and called Battles Nissan in Bourne. Wish I had started there first, I could have save a lot of time and aggravation. First impression means everything and doing a good job over the phone can be difficult but when Brian, the manager, came on the line he “had me at hello”. Brian was polite and sincerely interested in my business with out being pushy. Brian and I agreed on a time to come in for a test drive and explained that Michael (Mike) Mele would guide me through the remainder of the process. As promised I was enthusiastically greeted at the door by Mike who made me feel extremely comfortable and valued as a customer. My red, fully loaded, “2016” Nissan Rogue was heated up and ready to go for a spin. Mike came for the drive and in detail went over all the assets of the car. The purchasing process went smoothly with out a hitch. It’s been a week since my purchase and I am very happy! He didn't pressure me into any one vehicle, but rather let me test drive everything that I wanted ad even made a recommendation (the car that I ended up buying) based on my tastes and the features that I had in my current vehicle. When I waited for him to bring a new test drive up for me, the manager, Brian, and another salesman, Corey, kept me company. I felt like I was spending an evening hanging out with friends. It was a wonderful experience. Matt in the fiance department is amazing! He worked with me to make sure that I had the best/most cost effective coverage options on the car and worked the financing in a manner that left me with a payment that wasn't going to break the bank. Couldn't have asked for better service My local mechanic was not able to diagnose what they believed were some serious problems with my 2014 Nissan Rogue. It was suggested that I not drive it and have it towed to a dealership. The closest dealership was Battles Nissan in Bourne. AAA towed the car and I was not required to be accompany the car. Battles Nissan was so accommodating. Nick, the service manager, gave me a timeline of the diagnosis and then a timeline of the repairs. They itemized all the charges beforehand so I knew what the costs would be. Best of all, this all took place the Friday afternoon prior to Thanksgiving week. Everything was completed and we were on the road by 10 am on Tuesday morning for our Thanksgiving travels. The car rides perfectly and was returned to us vacuumed and washed. I never expected that! Always having thought that my local mechanic was the best choice for my car repairs and maintenance , my husband and I now believe,moving forward, that we will use Battles Nissan for service. They really are terrific! More

Excellent Experience! Literally everyone I met was super friendly and helpful. I felt like I was hanging out with my friends throughout the test-drive, sales, and finance p Literally everyone I met was super friendly and helpful. I felt like I was hanging out with my friends throughout the test-drive, sales, and finance processes. Noah helped me pick the best vehicle for my lifestyle, wishes, and needs. The test-drive process was fun and stress-free. His manager, Brian, helped out by running some rough numbers on the cars I was interested in to help me decide which vehicle to pick based on the price point. I made my choice and was able to pick up my new car the next day! Noah let me know that I could even bring my dog along, since she went to work with me, which was so nice! He had cookies for her and everything! When I arrived for pickup, Noah took the keys to my old car and started swapping the plates, etc. over to my new car, while I met with Matt to go over the paperwork and warranty options. There was a tiny bit of down time while my new car was being prepped and Corey kept me entertained. When the car was ready, Noah gassed it up for me, then helped me set up the Bluetooth and the Built-in GPS too! These gentlemen made the buying process enjoyable. More
