I found the staff at the Port Clinton location to be outstanding with Jason leading the charge. He found a truck that met my needs and had it brought up from the Tiffin facility the next day. Not only were they unable to send the second key fob for the truck to Port Clinton in two weeks time, but when I drove down to pick them up my self, 4 sales people were sitting at a table and it was a great effort for any of them to get up and great me, yet alone get my key fob. In summary, the Port Clinton facility is great. Had I gone to a a Tiffin first, I would probably be driving a vehicle from Firelands. More
