I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this location, extremely poor service and customer care. Grant greeted me and offered to take care of my needs the day I arrived. I chose this location because I have been taking service and customer care. Grant greeted me and offered to take care of my needs the day I arrived. I chose this location because I have been taking my vehicle here for regular service for years. Upon working through the process we came across a small disagreement that is when Clint the Sales Manager came in. Very typical egotistical sales manager that I quote "in this market, with cars limited, I don't have to do any favors". I called Woodhouse in front of them to let them know they will take care of me and I would not like to travel all the way there if they can just accommodate a small ask. They did not. So I left. Woodhouse not only accommodated perfectly and quickly, but oddly enough had a few old Baxter employees who claimed their work environment was also poor. I hope these two gentlemen's bosses get a chance to read this as I will be sure to spread the word NOT to use Baxter for anything. More
