I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this location, extremely poor service and customer care. Grant greeted me and offered to take care of my needs the day I arrived. I chose this location because I have been taking my vehicle here for regular service for years. Upon working through the process we came across a small disagreement that is when Clint the Sales Manager came in. Very typical egotistical sales manager that I quote "in this market, with cars limited, I don't have to do any favors". I called Woodhouse in front of them to let them know they will take care of me and I would not like to travel all the way there if they can just accommodate a small ask. They did not. So I left. Woodhouse not only accommodated perfectly and quickly, but oddly enough had a few old Baxter employees who claimed their work environment was also poor. I hope these two gentlemen's bosses get a chance to read this as I will be sure to spread the word NOT to use Baxter for anything. More

Baxter Ford West got my van in right away for an oil change. The Quick Lube crew very friendly and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. They showed me everything they checked over.
