AFTER MARKET PRESURED SALES ARE CRAP - TOTALLY CROOKED This dealership pushes you to buy their rustproofing, window tinting, etc. Its all a racket - they dont cover their warranty. Bunch of CROOKS! I purchased F150, purchased the package with 10 year rust protection warranty. my vehicle is not 6 years old, and I noticed rust, both sides the same. I reported it the day i noticed it. I also had a co-worker out of the blue ask me that same day, when did you start getting rust on your truck. Long story short, I filed a claim that day, Contacted the company and they immediately replied that i should have reported it sooner and that I didnt take proper care of my vehicle. I reported it the day I noticed it. And I wash the vehicle weekly. I pride myself in the cleanliness of my vehicle. Went to Baxter Ford, and they took a week to call and leave a message saying they couldnt read who did the warranty rustproofing, and that the rust was too far advanced. Again, they sold me the warranty, they took the truck to get the rustproofing and I get my vehicle serviced there. Dont you think they would have noticed it when they had the truck in the air. I dont crawl under my vehicle. CROOKS - all of them at BAXTER FORD SOUTH. Dont buy any of their packages after you purchase a vehicle. They dont warranty them and if there is an issue, they pass the buck! And when you go back to purchase something else or have a problem, most likely the salesman will have moved on and the managers sitting up in the box are gone too. Again, dont buy the package CRAP they push on you after you buy a vehicle. Its all fraud, just gravy money in their pocket - they are all crooked and work together to see who can put the screws to you the best! More

Will never go back to ever Baxter again. Singed paper work on Saturday drove truck off the lot. Tuesday I get a call saying I need more money for the 2k down payment I had made or a co-signer (haven’t ne work on Saturday drove truck off the lot. Took the truck back and drove my old one back off the lot. I live an hour away. They wasted so much of my time and money. I didn’t even get a full tank of fuel in my old truck don’t ever go there. Huge waste of my time. My sales guy Austin don’t remember his last name was a good guy go deal with. The higher ups screwed me over big time. More

When I came to the dealership I really didn't need a newer truck at that time, but I found one I really liked. I told Marques what I wanted for my trade and what I was willing to pay for the newer truck. He said let me take your phone # and see if we can work a deal. I didn't expect to hear back from he, but a day later he called and we made the deal. He also helped me with getting a couple of minor issues taken care of on the truck. Excellent person to work with in sales. This is the 4th car we have purchased from Baxter. More
