I don't enjoy the "art of the deal" but have now purchased 4 new vehicles from Mike Penton and his staff in the internet sales department. I've never been disappointed nor have I ever felt I paid more than I should have for a vehicle. Nor do I feel like I paid more than if I had made a deal in person. I've gotten quotes from other internet sales departments on similar vehicles, but no one else has come close. The service is really what sets the department above the rest, though. After agreeing on a price, I've literally made an appointment to pick up the vehicle and driven away within about 45 minutes. Mike and his group has the utmost integrity in this process and he goes out of his way to accomodate my schedule and make sure the transaction is completed smoothly. I would have no reservations recommending this auto group, and especially this staff and this way of purchasing your next new vehicle. More

I started the process through a buying service run by my insurance company USAA. Within two hours, I was contacted by Brandon Rigas of Stan Olsen Auto Center. We arranged everything by phone and email. When I finally visited the dealership (140 miles from home), all I had to do was sign the paperwork, hand over the check, and drive away. Brandon gave me a "guided tour" of the car, and even paired my Android phone with the car's Bluetooth system. The price was excellent, and the car is the highly rated 2012 Mazda 3i Touring with SkyActiv engine and 6-speed manual transmission. It is the most fun-to-drive car I've ever owned, and the fuel economy is outstanding. I'd recommend Stan Olsen to anyone, for any of their several excellent car brands. More

He was reluctant to give get off the couch and offer a test drive, condescending when discussing a desired vehicle and completely unprofessional. More
I have a 2010 Premium Forester that I took in for service 12/30/11. It needed an ecu update, oil change, tire rotation, also a few door rattles fixed. I called around to a few area Subaru dealerships and found that stan olsen subaru was the only one offering new dealer loaners. This is a big deal for somebody like me and very convenient with my schedule. It took about 3 weeks to get an appointment, but that seems to be the norm with dealerships now a days. Dropped off the car at 7:30am and had my Forester back by 3:30pm. Surprisingly with the oil change and tire rotation(as well as some warranty work, my only cost was around $50 bucks. I dealt with a few service advisers and everyone was pretty polite and prompt. My door rattles are now fixed properly the first time and I couldn't be happier. I happen to live about a mile away from the dealership and will now come here for all services on my Forester. I have had some pretty bad experiences at other dealers over the years, but the prices, loaner car, and everything at olsen was great. One word of advice/criticism, I have a pretty new Forester, and would appreciate the loaner be a brand new Subaru instead of a brand new Hyundai. I am personally an impulse buyer and driving the newest model may have peaked my interest...Thanks for a good experience! More
We test drove other SUVs and visited 2 other dealers, before going to Subuaru by West Roads Mall. The interior room is spacious, even though DH is a big & tall guy. We immediately felt the difference between this and others we tested. Financing was super-quick. Price was agreed upon, trade-in for the Honda Civic was very fair and we took home our new Forester the same night. Brought it back in two days for the warranty clear coat, sound protection, splash guards and cargo liner. Want to add that Josh in Finance was very organized and lightening fast. Didn't encounter any of the nonsense you find at other dealers. Painless, fast, professional. If the Subaru serves us well, we plan on keeping it a long time. I actually kind of look forward to winter now because of the AWD! More
This was my first car purchase and I am very happy with how it went. I had to kind of rush things before the 0% financing was over, but Mike and Brandon really helped get the deal done and found ways for m how it went. I originally e-mailed this dealership to inquire about one vehicle and a member discount program I was going to take advantage of. He then provided me with Chad's info (the sales person) to arrange a test drive the following day. Chad gave us the opportunity to drive several different vehicles and explained the benefits of each vehicle. He further helped us determine which vehicle would best meet our needs and we ended up with a completely different vehicle than what we thought we wanted (and it was less expensive too)! There was no hard sell and no pressure. This was the easiest, most pleasant car buying process I have ever been through and we couldn't be happier with our new Legacy! More
Stan Olsen performed a tune up and fluid change on my 2003 Subaru and did a superb job! They put six new spark plugs in and also performed a fuel induction clean. Everyone in service was friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Mr. Jinnings was very patient with me and even allowed me to talk to the technician regarding a couple of issues. I highly recommend this dealership and service department. Richard Lebsack More

we purchased a brand new ubaru tribeca in Dec 2010 and were very plased with the car and th people. However in March 2011 a crack appreared in the wind shield overnight. No crack was seen when the car was put in the garage but whn wecame to the car th next day a crack had appeared. We took the car back and were introduced to the service manager who jammed his pen tip into the crack and said - yep its a stone chip andnot covered by the warrenty. After serveral calls and mails to the dealer may of which were not returned the we sent to the issue to the BBB who contacted the dealer on our behalf. Surprise surprise they just shruggged off the complaint. in the mean time we took the car to a dealer in Lake Manawa for an oil change and casually mentioned Stan Olsens lack of interest or concern. within 2 weeks the windshieldwas repaired - UNDER WARRENTY. The moral of this story - if you want a Subaru go to Lake Maawa where the dealer cares about you. Stan Olsen will take your money and then whn youneed them they will turn a deaf ear. Hey- we have your 40k dont bother us any more. More
