We had a strange situation for Baxter and our salesperson, Tim. We were trading two vehicles for one, one with a loan payoff, one with a title. I recently bought my first brand new Toyota. I love the vehicle and feel like I got a great deal. Although I dont feel like I got the warm fuzzy "Thank you" kind of service. We purchased the vehicle late at night and needed to get our kiddos home to bed, i came back the following day to get the "over view" about my vehicle. Our sales rep was at a class all day so he said another sales rep would go over the vehicle with me. Lets just say I still have questions about my vehicle. I also traded a vehicle and needed to bring back the title. I had 3 different people message me about the title. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Then my husband drops off the title, and I get a message a couple hours later asking me when I would be dropping it off. Ugh! I would rate my overall total vehicle buying experience a 3 out of 5. More
