I used to take my vehicle to one of those quick oil I used to take my vehicle to one of those quick oil change places for my routine oil changes because I was under the impression that the dealerships I used to take my vehicle to one of those quick oil change places for my routine oil changes because I was under the impression that the dealerships cost too much. Two times in a row I took my car in and they told me that I had moisture in my oil and I needed to buy this $40 additive or I would have major engine problems. I told them not to put the additive in, that I would think about what I wanted to do. They also said that I was due some other pretty high priced services. I decided that I wanted a second opinion so I made an appointment with Rusty, they took a look and couldn't find any evidence of what I had been told at the other place. He also told me that the other services that they told me I needed were not necessary at that time either. I now only take my car to Rusty, he could have followed their lead and sold me things that were not needed, I mean they already opened the door. I appreciate his honesty and value his opinion. It's a great feeling that I know my car is always in good hands with him. More

When I spoke with Brian Schmidt he took the time to listen to my needs within a short time he called me with everything I wanted. He did not miss a single thing I said. I was very lucky to get Brian as a salesman but my personal view of Brian is he is over qualified for a salesman position and would benefit Toyota Perfomance more in a management position. Brian knows everything about this business from customer service to extended sales, financial, plus ideas to better a business. I hate buying cars I get tired of the fake 1/2 listening salesman and it is what is the most money they can make not what the consumer needs and I chose with the superior service the knowledge and everything Brian presented me with to buy from Toyota Performance. It was the most fun I have ever had buying a car. I walked away knowing every little detail nothing was left out. I just want to give a great big THANK YOU to Brian Schmidt for everything he did for me.
