Amazing!! I took my old car in to my mechanic for an oil change this week and was informed that it had finally hit the point that it was no longer worth it to p I took my old car in to my mechanic for an oil change this week and was informed that it had finally hit the point that it was no longer worth it to put money into it (200,000 miles and a rusted out body). I absolutely loved my car so I already wasn't looking forward to buying a new car but the ladies at Baxter made the experience so enjoyable. They didn't pressure me at all and when I had some reservations about buying a car they worked their hardest to make sure they could do everything in their power to make me feel more at ease. I'm so incredibly happy with my new Corolla and I think it is in large part because of how amazing everyone at Baxter was. I plan on driving this car until it hits 200,000 miles and is rusted out as well but if I ever need to buy another car I will 100% come back here. More

Older Camry Brought the 2009 in for 45K service. Overall the service provided was very good. Thought the service rep was a little bit stiff, might just be a new R Brought the 2009 in for 45K service. Thought the time, about an 1.5 hours was a bit long for a regular service, but they installed a new battery. Speaking of the battery, I thought it a bit pricey ($104) but Rep said is should last 5 years or so. Didn't really get any specific info on the battery, i.e., warranty etc. Will need to go back for alignment so we'll see hw that works out. More

5000 mile service inspection We took our 2016 Highlander to Baxter Toyota in April for the oil change and service at the 5000 mile check. The battery terminal inspection box was We took our 2016 Highlander to Baxter Toyota in April for the oil change and service at the 5000 mile check. The battery terminal inspection box was green showing the inspection was complete with no issues. October 15th the vehicle would not start. Upon looking at the battery we discovered the positive post had fully corroded and the battery clamp cable came apart when trying to loosen it. After having it towed to Baxter Toyota they called with an update of the work needed to be done. We requested to speak with someone when we picked up our vehicle because we could not understand how that much corrosion could happen since April when they had given a green on the inspection. They agreed someone would be available. No one could give us an explanation aside from the possibility of high humidity for the corrosion to occur in that short time period. We are still not convinced they inspected the terminals last April. My only proof is high corrosion to failure. More
