We purchased a 2019 Toyota HIghlander from Baxter with sales staff Juantia and Daniel. Daniel was customer obsessed. He was friendly and helpful. I liked how Baxter had the sales person be the one person to work with regarding financing. She helped us find a good rate for our loan. I am disappointed that when I was leaving with our vehicle I noted one key. I asked about a 2nd key. One sales person I worked with said they would get us the 2nd key. As of this review the 2nd key has not been delivered yet. We have been told it is coming. I would work with Baxter again. When we do I will ensure that everything I was expecting is there at the time I sign the documents. More
