Beware if you believe you are buying a NEW vehicle from this dealership. We were ready to test drive as the vehicle we arrived to buy was sold, albeit, the first Sienna we decided to purchase was sold and this dealership. We were ready to test drive as the vehicle we arrived to buy was sold, albeit, the first Sienna we decided to purchase was sold and this company was aware the only reason we were returning was that a new blue one, which was the only color we cared for, would be on the lot March 1-9 so we arranged to be there on the first to drive home our new Toyota. As we are adjusting this white 2021 Sienna to test drive because the blue one we came to deal on is supposedly sold even though it wasn’t scheduled to have arrived yet, the salesman advises us that this white Sienna has been sold as well and I am asking myself, If it is sold why am I about to test drive someone else's brand new Sienna. I only get brand new vehicles and I certainly don’t want my NEW vehicle being test-driven after I have paid for it and am waiting to pick it up from the dealership. We will be acquiring our NEW vehicle from a more professional dealership where it will be new and ours & stay new and ours. More
