I have used Baxter Toyota for the past 20 years and converted my husband several years ago to changing from a Honda to a Toyota. All salesmen have been nice but Mark Langston can't be beat. The process can be lengthy but he can cut to the chase and easily accommodates revisions of warranties (only get what I need). He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and patient. He found my dream car. He prices current and my previous cars to determine value. My husband currently is seriously ill and he has accommodated what we needed for his car. We have used him for the past 4 vehicles and he is one of the best!!! I can't say enough positive things about him and he is one of the major reasons I return to this dealership. I also want to commend Raymond Strozier Jr. for his kindness, knowledge and patience in helping me understand the inner workings of my new Camry and how I could use each feature for my personal benefit.
