Amazing Staff Staff went above and beyond. I was in a less than ideal position with my 2014 Lincoln MKZ which had depreciated 10k in less than 2 years. To make ma Staff went above and beyond. To make matters worse I am recoving from an unexpected accident that led to an invasive knee surgery. The MKZ was no longer practical because I couldn't get in and out of the car and wouldn't be able to for the foreseeable future. I owed far more than the car was worth and didn't think that I'd be able to get another vehicle. The staff at Baxter Toyota did everything in their power to ensure I was able to get into a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD. This is a vehicle that I had always wanted, and for a price that was more than reasonable. I went to two other dealers (one being CarMax) that offered a fair trade-in value, but neither had inventory in my ideal price range. I explained this to my friend, Nick Bradley, Thursday evening, and from there, he set everything up. Not only was he able to match the CarMax offer for my Jeep; he found two options (a 2012 Camry and 2016 Corolla) in my desired budget before I arrived the next morning. Adam Holland took me on the test drives and was extremely knowledgeable and honest, which I greatly appreciated. After everything was said and done, I chose the Camry. In an industry where salespeople and financers often push you into extras that exceed your budget, I feel that they met my needs, and my limit was respected.
