Salesman Review - Arthur Holland I was in a tough spot because my vehicle broke down and I needed to return to Kansas City that evening. I decided to purchase a new vehicle and Arthur Holland took good care of me. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Before I left he thoroughly explained everything in the car including all of the various buttons and screens. He seemed to really like what he was doing. Others in the dealership were helpful also. I do have one negative I would like to comment on which is Toyota related I guess. I spent over $30K for a new vehicle and that didn't warrant a Key Fob? $30K + for a new vehicle and I have to unlock the door like it is 1970? That was a negative in what was otherwise a smooth experience. More
