We always felt like we got a good deal and very good service. Ryan Schmidt and Arthur Holland provided excellent service while providing answers to every question we had. This is the second time we bought a car from these two representatives of Baxter-Toyota. We found both very accommodating and helpful and most of all patient. The quality of the vehicle is such that it could sell itself -but Ryan and Arthur were thorough in every way. The deal was completely to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the business office. Also I enjoyed the hot chocolate and cookies while waiting for another vehicle to be serviced on a visit a day or so before we bought the new car. Besides the fact that we favor Toyota Dealerships over the years, representatives like Ryan and Arthur are also reasons why we came back to Baxter-Toyota and will again I am sure. More
