MD Amin MD worked with us for over three hours to finally enable us to buy the car we had selected. He was professional and personal at the same time, which MD worked with us for over three hours to finally enable us to buy the car we had selected. He was professional and personal at the same time, which is hard to do. We were not going to finance but pay cash. With our troublesome financial history, including a bankrupty, he suggested to finance and how that reduced our dependence on a cash buy out. He acutally helped us save money and to add to the possibility of beginning to establish better credit. I was impressed with him because he was not cold and distant like 90% of the other sales people in other car dealerships in Omaha. If shopping for any used car or new Toyota, I would recommend that everyone visit Baxter Toyota in south Omaha--if you don't you may be risking losing money. More

I drove a friend's T We purchased a used Cadillac from Adam in 2015 when Toyota was on north 27th Street, and we had a great experience at that time. I drove a friend's Toyota Highlander last winter in Phoenix and decided then that a Highlander was going to be high in the running for the next vehicle we would attempt to buy. Last week, my wife and I went to Baxter to "look" at a Highlander as I wanted to compare it to a couple of other brands. "Looking" turned into "pricing" but the first trade price we were given was not at all close to what I expected. I told Adam that and that we were going to leave and go down the street to check on a couple other vehicles. He asked me what I had in mind and I told him. He didn't get pushy, insulting, rude or tell me how wrong I was but rather kept working with my wife and I until we arrived at a very satisfactory deal from our perspective and so we purchased the car on the spot. Adam is truly a knowledgeable professional and he is willing to work hard to make his customers happy. Car buying is never much fun, but Adam makes it as enjoyable as possible. After the purchase, he was very thorough in explaining all of the car's features making sure that we understood what each one did. Naturally, we will have to refer to the manual to remember a lot of those features, but at least they won't be totally foreign to us. My wife and I were more than satisfied with our entire experience at Baxter and that is because of Adam. We would highly recommend Adam Holland at Baxter Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

extended warranty scam we bought a used 2009 Rav 4 here and up till now I have been impressed with their customer service. I never buy extended warranties but somehow got suckered into buying one on this car. The first time we took the car in for the free oil change they came up with a fairly long list of urgent repair items one of them front struts. I didn't think the struts would be covered under warranty since they are a normal wear item but the brochure said strut rods were covered and not knowing if struts and strut rods were the same I called the service department to check and was told yes the struts should be covered but I would have to make an appointment to have the work done and then they could submit the information to the warranty company and tell me if it was covered. This seemed a little fishy to me since they sold me the extended warranty and they surely deal with it on a daily basis they should be able to tell me if it is covered but I played along and made a appointment. We take the car in and near the end of the day I still have not heard anything so I call and the person answering the phone said the guy in charge of our car was on the phone and would call me back. I said make sure he calls my cell phone and gave her the number. He calls back to my home phone and talks to my wife they had to submit pictures to the warranty company and have not heard back but again assured her it is most likely covered. Again it seems a little fishy, what can the warranty company tell about a strut from a picture and I was a bit irritated he did not call my cell phone as I requested. At this point I am starting to distrust this service department so I instructed my wife if they call and say it is not covered tell them we do not want them to do the work. We didn't hear anything by afternoon the next day so my wife calls and guess what NOT COVERED. I called a little later in the day because I wanted and explanation of why they wasted a week and a half of our time on this and Bethany says something like struts are never covered they are a general wear item. What the H***! its just what i suspected they knew all along they were not covered! I told her I wanted and explanation of why I was told all along it was very likely to be covered, she kept me on hold for a long time then came back and said the person in charge of our job was on the phone and would call me back. I gave her my cell phone number again and I never got a call back. Nothing is worse than a service department you can not trust, I will never take a car there again. More
