He was professional and personal at the same time, which MD worked with us for over three hours to finally enable us to buy the car we had selected. He was professional and personal at the same time, which is hard to do. We were not going to finance but pay cash. With our troublesome financial history, including a bankrupty, he suggested to finance and how that reduced our dependence on a cash buy out. He acutally helped us save money and to add to the possibility of beginning to establish better credit. I was impressed with him because he was not cold and distant like 90% of the other sales people in other car dealerships in Omaha. If shopping for any used car or new Toyota, I would recommend that everyone visit Baxter Toyota in south Omaha--if you don't you may be risking losing money. More
