Doors were opened for us when we entered and left, they would also walk with us outside when we left, and we were offered multiple complimentary refreshments and snacks! I would definitely recommend Peter Viola! He made sure I understood everything and thoroughly went through the entire process with me as well as assuring me I could come back to him if I have any future problems or questions.
