Has obvious experience and knowledge about autos. Appears honest. Knocked a competitor which is a slight negative and would be better off avoiding. Instead, I recommend ONLY talking about the positives of your own dealership and let the chips fall where they may. As it is, the way he promoted Baxter just made perfect sense. Multiple stores, huge inventory, and ability to compete. Also, they have the ability to service cars which I believe is a must because that way they can go through them as opposed to other dealers who just stick them on the lot without a clue. Baxter has a 60 day drive train warranty with some limitations but not many. So you are fairly safe finding out what MAJOR issues there are without having a financial disaster on your hands. The bottom line, I think Adam is just a great person and the dealership is top notch. I WILL be recommending him and this place to others. More
