Service associate, Jim, was extremely helpful, friendly, gave several updates throughout the week, and gave me a direct number to his line in case i had any questions. Bo, the Baxter shuttle driver, was able to pick me up within 15 minutes of me calling for a ride and was a joy to talk to in the car.
