Cullen West handled the transaction at the dealership and was attentive, helpful and showed my wife and I courtesy. the entire experience was great with one exception - we felt it took a long time to handle the paperwork - 3 hours. Perhaps it was just a busy day but to pick up the vehicle and complete the paperwork we spent most of the 3 hours waiting. so far we are very happy with our purchase. More
