Baxter truly wanted my business! I was traveling through Lincoln on business and sent a text to Adam Holland requesting pricing on a RAV 4. Both my wife and I had been in contact with I was traveling through Lincoln on business and sent a text to Adam Holland requesting pricing on a RAV 4. Both my wife and I had been in contact with several Toyota Dealerships requesting information regarding the purchase of a new RAV 4. I continued my inquiry with Adam and met with him the next day. The price Adam quoted was the lowest quote we received. I also explained that I lived five hours away and was not prepared to make a purchase (I did not have the family check book with me). Adam stated he wanted my business and he would deliver the car to my home five hours away and and would pick up a check at that time. I was pleasantly "stunned" by this level of customer service. I have never observed a dealership exhibit the level of customer service that Baxter offered. Kevin More
