I had in my mind already what I was considering and Adam answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He asked appropriate questions and was very helpful in getting the best deal for me. Everyone was friendly there. Adam and others made my buying experience a pleasant one and I would recommend him and your dealership to someone if they asked. The coffee bar is a nice touch. The only thing that I would add is that when I entered the store, I walked around for awhile and no one asked me if I needed help. I approached Adam and went from there. Overall very good experience. We were out in Colorado visiting our daughter and family (our new grandson), so Mark worked long distance with us getting us pictures, lease and purchase prices, monthly figures, and answers to our questions so that we could begin to make an informed decision. When I got back and did a test drive, that night he sent pictures and an Info sheet on the exact truck I drove.
