I te For the first time in 13 years, I was in need of a new car. I did my research and decided it was between a Toyota Corolla LE and a Honda Civic. I test drove both, but decided on the Corolla for a number of reasons, including the excellent experience I had working with Kenny Rodriquez. He was proactively helpful without being at all pushy. He invited me to drive a Corolla LE, and clearly explained the options and the purchase process. I wasn’t ready to buy on the spot, but happy to get several email from Kenny, with specs for the car I had driven. A few days later he followed up again, at which point I could tell him that the Corolla was now my #1 favorite, but I needed it in red with ash interior and all-weather floor mats/trunk liner. And I needed it at a price that worked for me. MY CAR was not on the lot, but within 30 minutes Kenny found “it” at another dealership. And the price was right! I did the purchase paperwork today, and look forward to taking delivery of my beautiful new vehicle. This might not have happened so quickly - or at all - if not for Kenny’s customer skills. I am grateful that I was able to work with him on this important purchase. More
