Salesman are great, service after purchase beyond horrible! When purchasing the vehicle the staff was great! After buying the van, the service went downhill quickly. Toyota has a 3 year 36,000 mile bumper-to- When purchasing the vehicle the staff was great! After buying the van, the service went downhill quickly. Toyota has a 3 year 36,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. I tried using this warranty and kept getting the run around. I was told to call a different department, I called that department and they directed me elsewhere. My van now has 41,000 miles on it. The track rail for one of the seats came up at around 10,000 miles. Around 25,000 miles the van windows when rolling up and down make a horrible screeching sound. When we first bought the vehicle brand new the A/C had a dirty sock smell. I told the guy I was working with in the service department and he REFUSED to do anything about it. I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND buying a vehicle from them. BUY TOYOTA, just not from Baxter! More
