The agent I worked with was great. The dealership experience overall I consider as very poor. On the Website, the information they posted for the Prius I bought was misleading and outright wrong. They took the information from a new Prius and posted the same "AS IS" for selling a Certified Toyota Prius. They did not mention that they don't have a second Smart Key and they never mentioned that they don't have the spare tire. The second day after I bought the car and when I didn't find the second key in the glove box and coffee cup holder, I called the agent. He said they don't have the second key, Today, when I opened the trunk, I came to realize that there is no spare tire either. I expected honesty and correct information from a Toyota dealer and unfortunately, I did not get this from this dealership. More
