Sales contact on certified used Landcruiser included second vehicle key. 2 weeks later still no key and now being told I have to pay to program it at my local dealer. Drove 8 hours to purchase vehicle. second vehicle key. 2 weeks later still no key and now being told I have to pay to program it at my local dealer. Drove 8 hours to purchase vehicle. Not to mention financing paperwork needed done 3 times due to dealer lack of attention and filling out paperwork incorrectly. Poor service. Poor experience. Worst Toyota dealer I’ve ever dealt with.
