If only you knew how much I despise car salesmen... ***Car Purchase #1 - April 1st, 2019 - 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium: I highly recommend Baxter because of one man, his name is MD Amin ***Car Purchase #1 - April 1st, 2019 - 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium: I highly recommend Baxter because of one man, his name is MD Amin and he is the ONLY sales representative you should ask for. I don't like referring to him as a "car salesman" because he was completely different than every other salesman I have met a dealership before. Before this experience, I HATED car dealerships because of how offensively selfish and forward car salesmen can be. Like, you couldn't pay me $1000 to go to a dealership because I didn't want to deal with salesmen trying to make me buy a car I didn't want just so they could make commission off of me. But, I decided to take a chance on Baxter by going to look for a new 4Runner. I met a salesperson that goes by the name "MD". He completely blew me away with his kindness, selfless customer service, and non-slimy salesman demeanor. I would legitimately hang out with this guy anytime. If you need to buy a new car, you should only buy a Toyota (because their reliability is unmatched and you'll never be left stranded in a Yota no matter the age or milage; I own two other Toyota's that are 22 and 35-years-old and I would take them ANYWHERE). Anyway, if you decide to choose Baxter Toyota of Lincoln as the dealership you buy from (which you should only pick Baxter because that's where "MD" works), then **ONLY WORK WITH "MD"**. He knows the ins-and-outs of every vehicle on the lot, he wont pressure you, he won't lie to you, and he wont treat you like a piece of meat to make commission off of. "MD" will honestly take care of you and will be honest with you, you'll be able to talk to him about buying a car without wanting to punch him in the face like most car salesmen make you feel. "MD" is a humble and caring person and takes pride in his job because he loves people and genuinely wants to get his customers the best deal possible. I am VERY pleased with my experience working with "MD", which means I am pleased with Baxter Toyota of Lincoln. Baxter needs to promote "MD" to a sales management position, then they should have him audit and re-train every single salesperson Baxter has. If every car salesman were like "MD", I would never think of buying a car anywhere other than Baxter. I will 100% only work with "MD" for the rest of my life when buying cars, no matter where I move to. As long as "MD" is with Baxter, I'll never buy another vehicle from any other dealership. ***Car Purchase #2 - May 30th, 2019 - 2019 Toyota RAV4 Adventure Edition: Well folks, MD does it again! Seriously, if you are working with any other salesman other than MD, you're making a huge mistake. MD went even further than before while working with my Wife to get her out from under a Honda lease with 25k overage miles. Her lease was up on her 2016 Honda and we were going to have to pay Honda nearly $3000 for the overage miles, but then came MD to the rescue. Not only did he help us out of the pickle with Honda, he ALSO got my wife into her dream RAV4 Adventure Edition below our max payment. MD worked his magic to try and find every eligible factory rebate available in order to get my wife her dream car at a payment we could afford. I don't know how he did it, but he did. I about hugged MD up off the ground when he handed my wife the keys. Again, calling MD a "car salesman" is honestly an insult, MD is a caring human being that isn't worried about making commission off of selling you a car you don't need, he wants what's best for you because he puts the customer before himself. I am beside myself with the fact that I'm somehow even happier with this second purchase than I was my new 4Runner a few months ago. Give that guy a raise and a medal. Last but certainly not least, there's Tobias Robinett (the "finance guy"). Honestly, he's one of the coolest guys I've ever met. He was patient, honest, and fair with us. More than fair, even. I didn't want to leave his office because I was having such a good time chatting with him. Tobias is one of those guys you call when you're sad or in trouble because you can count on him to be there when you need him. MD and Tobias should be running Baxter because those are the kinds of people making this crazy world a better place. More
