Baylor at Baxter was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I wanted the highly coveted 2025 VW Tiguan SEL R-Line and Baylor helped me reserve the vehicle. He kept me updated with screenshots of the delivery t I wanted the highly coveted 2025 VW Tiguan SEL R-Line and Baylor helped me reserve the vehicle. He kept me updated with screenshots of the delivery truck's progress, and when the vehicle arrived he sent me pictures of the "unboxing" and even sent me a screen grab of their Facebook page where my Tiguan was featured! Needless to say we were in a hurry to pick it up and drove down from Sioux City and got there at 5pm on a Friday when they closed at 6pm. Baylor and Luke stuck with us until 8pm when all of the paperwork was complete and they had explained every feature and detail. I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Baylor and Luke and I absolutely love my new Tiguan! I can't say enough about the hand-holding and concierge treatment I received. If you have a choice in dealerships I HIGHLY recommend you call Baylor Meisinger at Baxter VW of La Vista and find your next car. Also, just throwing this out there, for those of you at corporate who decide these things, you should probably give Baylor a raise and promotion. We had purchased two vehicles at VW of Sioux City in the last 2 years and Baylor stole us right out from under their noses! We are Baxter people for life now! More
