I am late posting this as we purchased our Tiguan in May. Our old Ford Edge unexpectedly took a turn for the worse and we needed a new vehicle like yesterday. I drive a Beetle and love it, so we stopped in to the VW store in LaVista. At that time, there were not a lot of new cars to be had. We started looking at the only Tiguan on the lot and after some initial questions, Jason said let’s go for a ride. During our time in the car Jason went over all the features and when he asked for the sale, I think he was a little surprised that we had only a couple of questions before we said let’s take this car home. The process was painless. While I was doing paperwork, my husband was talking to Jason to learn about the car and the service department. Jason made sure we were satisfied with the vehicle and has periodically followed up to make sure there are no issues or concerns. The dealership and Jason made the experience pleasant enough that I can honestly say I would refer them to a friend and/or do business with them again.
